With four cats and six litter boxes a lot of time is spent scooping out litter boxes. These kitty genie liners are quite useful and a time saver so you won't need to carry around a plastic bag for cat poop. The liners also seem to do a good job in keeping odors contained within the litter genie -that is a VERY important feature I appreciate. I was originally concerned if this would fit my older model Litter Genie. It does. Much more convenient, I don't have to replace the bag cartridge as often. Two thumbs up.

I love my Litter Genie. The product really works. I have two cats and you cannot smell litter odors. I ordered my refills day before Thanksgiving and I received them by middle of next week. Great shipping speed. Buying these refills in bulk is the best way to go. Prices can change so I just kept an eye out for a really great deal on them. They are genuine Litter Genie refills and are shipped out in an original Litter Genie box from the seller I obtained from. These bags are not scented but hold in waste odor extremely well. The only time you smell a slight scent is right when the bag is full to capacity and only if you are standing right by the unit itself. I pack these things up and get the most bang for my buck and that is the only time I can smell anything at all. Black line on last portion in refill lets you know when you are at the end. I have two cats so get a month or a little over out of each refill. One cat would get about two months. Well worth the cost.

I have two larger cats (half Maine Coon), and one refill lasts about one month for me - which is in line with what the manufacturer suggests (1 cat/2 months) - using scoopable litter (Precious Cat is the BEST. http://amzn.to/1HWSbTd)The thickness of the bag/liner(s) and the construction of the unit itself have eliminated any unpleasant smells. Before, I was using plastic grocery bags that would need to sit until they went out to the trash, being smelly. I switched to the Litter Genie about two years ago and certainly don't miss the odor. It's also nice to have to dispose of only ONE bag of waste per week instead of several smaller bags - whereas before, I'd scoop daily and empty into a grocery bag, tie it off, etc. with this you just scoop into the Litter Genie pail, pull the handle to drop it into the bottom, done - pull the bag once a week and you're good to go.Let's face it - a Litter Genie is kind of a luxury item when it comes to cat care. It isn't *necessary*, but it really is nice to have, especially if you live in a small space like an efficiency apartment. The downside is that the liner/bag refills can be pretty expensive, and depending on where you live, hard to find. I'm willing to pay a little for the convenience it affords me, but $7.99+ per cartridge elsewhere was more than I cared to spend. It is likely more cost effective to use something like 8gal trash bags, but I'm at a point where I'm willing to spend a few extra dollars for the convenience of it. Perhaps I'll try that method for science, but for now I have about a year's worth of cartridges to get through.

Hard to find in stores, great value on Amazon. I love how these keep litter genie odor free. Very strong!

Has lasted me for a while now! Love the litter genie

It's a fine product and the system works well, though sometimes it's a chore to tie them, cut them and my sticking point, the cost. They also don't last a super-long time, and I have only one cat.But the litter genie system works. It keeps the smells locked in and these refills are relatively easy to replace. Nothing to do with the bags, but the hinge on the genie broke.So, in short, they work great if you're willing to do the work. A great idea and pretty well executed.

They are exactly what is described. They are the official litter genie product, just in a larger package than I have found in the store. They now come in one brown box with the litter genie brand name and are each individually separated so you can easily store the box in the garage and pull from it as needed.

easy to use, good for 2 large males for several months

Nothing much to say. It does what it says on the (plastic) tin. Bought a 12 pack in March 2020, we have two refills left as of Jan 2022. Probably run out in April. Ended up being worth it. Some have recommended the Dooli adapter, but that only lasts a year and at $45 costs end up very much the same.
