I’ve been using these prenatals for over a year now, both pregnant and not! It’s great to use as your normal multivitamin even if you’re not currently pregnant. They work pretty well for me I haven’t had any issues

These have been working so well. I have a sensitive stomach and these does cause any effect on me after taking them with a meal.

Not pregnant or trying to be lol, but I like those vitamins i do prefer the soft ones version but made a mistake when buying those. But it will do :-)

These are very easy to swallow with no after taste. I love how they’ve helped the strength of my hair and nails. My only complaint is I feel the dyes in these are not necessary and they could make these without them. I was truly bummed to see they had dyes in them.

I'm not pregnant nor plan to be as I'm 40yrs old. I take them bc it's changed the quality of my hair and nails 😞 n Soo many ways. My doctor says ok too !
