Essential bit of kit
I have had this for 10 months now, using it for 8+ hours per day, every day. I bought it because i was having pains in my hand and wrist from my posture at the desk while using a mouse. I bought this in combination with a mouse pad with a gel wrist rest. In the past 10 months i have had zero pains in my hand and wrist. The arm rest on this sits approx 1cm above the level of your desk, which for my seat height and body shape, feels fine.10 months of daily use and i have had no issues with the build quality of this, and i'm quite a heavy guy (over 14 stone), so it has handled my lazy arm resting on it with no problems so far. It's a fantastic support, and i would completely recommend it if you're feeling any arm discomfort at the desk.

This thing is utterly awesome
So comfy! Amazing for RSI. Really easy to install and excellent build quality

Cheap in construction, but functions just fine
I cautiously purchased just one arm to give it a trial before purchasing a second one, and it has performed plenty well in the past month I've had it so here I am to get another one for my other arm! It's a little loose and flimsy feeling in its construction, but, you shouldn't be putting your weight onto it anyway as it's there to help you with your posture and provide gentle support to make good posture easier to maintain. The looseness helps it feel mobile and unrestricting and allows your hands and arms to glide across your desk :)Make sure you adjust your chair/desk height such that your elbow bends at 90° while at rest without you putting your weight onto your arm(s), and you've set it up correctly and there's no reason it should break!

Poor reliability, great short term performance
1-6 months was great, the pad did what it was intended for. After 6 months, there was very noticeable wobble in the pad. Turns out that the washer and screw they use are very low quality. I replaced the washer and the screw, but the plastic gave out completely after another 6 months.A year of service is the most you should expect this to be. I was very gentle with it, and never applied excess force.Cheap = short lasting

Relief from tennis elbow, but not as much if you also have a bad shoulder
I got this on a whim as my tennis elbow is playing up, and it was cheap. Resting my arm on my desk was becoming more and more painful, so I thought why not? I wasn't all that impressed when it turned up, as it seems to be set a little too low on the arm, so it is difficult to get it to slide over the desk surface when your weight is on it. To fix this I added a 10mm spacer under the top jaw to raise it and now it slides over the desk surface until you meet the attachment point of the cradle, so almost half way.it's much more comfortable than resting on the desk, and the jaws are 63mm, but the winder and the protective cup in the bottom jaw eats up 10mm, so you only have 50mm "bite". If you need to space the clamp like I did and your desk is thicker than 40mm, you're running out of space fast.

Worth the price
This has been a total game changer for me, having suffered from carpel tunnel and posture issues when working remotely without the comfort of my ergo chair, this arm rest does the job, and for a decent price. Super easy to install and compact enough to carry around with my latop in my backpack.Perhaps my favourite feature is the smooth manoeuvrability it gives my arm when moving my hand from the mouse to the keyboard, its completely fluid and means I don't need to lift my arm/wrist at all. Feels like I have a robotic arm and I love it!I must say there are much more premium version out on the market, but for the price and build quality, this out weigh's all the options for me.

Fall to bits
Don't waste your money on these. The arm rest pad is held on by a single screw of very poor quality. The location pin on the bottom wears away and disintegrates leaving a very loose fit. Poor design and cheap parts. Look for an alternative.

A great success
We purchased this as I had pain in my arm between elbow and wrist.. The product seems well made and after several weeks use seems to be in as good a condition as when it arrived. It has taken a little bit of time to get used to it and to know where to place my mouse and keyboard for ease of use (it hasn't been helped as it has to fit onto a curve), but now I simply and naturally put my arm into the rest. The arm swivels nicely and smoothly. I don't have the pain anymore - so as far as I am concerned a great success. I only have it for my right arm. Not sure if it would be easier or more difficult with one for each arm but if I started getting pain in the other arm I would certainly give it a go.
