I got a second hand graphics card, a Radeon RX-580, which cost me £89, a good price.
I used the new graphics card to upgrade my PC, as the older one (an Aorus Redeon 1GB card, was not compatible with most of the newer games being released.) The Radeon RX-580 has dual cooling fans and 4GB onboard DDR5 memory, it works much better and faster now.

Great for 1080p gaming
This is still one of the best 1080p pound to performance gpus in my opinion I payed £80 I think the only thing is its only the 4gb model but for they games I play that's fine but if you want to future proof it a little get the 8gb model but then that cost twice the price for the same performance you just have to play lower settings

Good for what it is
For what this GPU is, it's great, i.e. performance, noise, temperatures, etc cannot be complained about.I bought this when the mining was just about to subside, so it wasn't the best price to performance, but that was over a year ago and the price today isn't that far off from when I bought it.As an RX 580, it can handle most games in high detail at 1080p with an average of 60+ FPS, with only a few less optimised games dipping in the high 50s average today, at the end of 2019. This is impressive for the price and the age of this GPU.If you don't play graphically demanding games and/or willing to lower some details to medium, it will easily last you a while longer at 1080p if you only want 60+ FPS, so if you don't have insanely high demands for gaming like me, this will do the job fine now and for a bit of time coming.

Amazing performance for the price.
Price to performance wise nothing will beat this card in this price range. It will play most modern games (Fallout 4, Total War : Warhammer) at high to Ultra settings at 60FPS in HD resolution.Just be careful to pair with a CPU that won't bottleneck it's performance. This is especially true with games like TW : Warhammer that are computationally demanding and physics heavy.Recommended PSU is 500W but i'm running it with a 430W PSU without issue (this may change as more upgrades are added in the future, the GPU is currently the only energy demanding part of my build). As a side note, 2 days before I bought this card it was priced at £185. I bought it at £190. At the time of writing this review it is now at £194 (£10 price rise in 3 days). The crypto miners are starting to gobble these up and drive up the prices to ridiculous levels like they did with the high-end GPUs.

Thermals could be better, I hit nearly 75c at stock settings but ...
Is what it is.Thermals could be better, I hit nearly 75c at stock settings but I suspect my case probably doesn't have the best airflow.Upgraded from a GTX 960 so for me it was definitely worth it.Fan noise starts to get loud past 1600rpm though I do have my case on my desk so that's within 1.5 feet of my ears.

Recommended!
I managed to get this card at £198 a few days ago. I used to run an EVGA 1070 SC, but sold it a couple of months ago to free up funds. I saw this on offer and figured I'd give it a go. Couldn't be happier. It runs pretty hot, but that's nothing a custom fan curve can't fix. Recommended.

Good product but big issue with the fans
Received the product and all was working well until i started to notice that the card was overheating in the hottest days of summer (making the monitor lose signal then need to reboot the pc to start working again). Turns out after using monitoring software that the fans don't go off (even after reinstalling the drivers). This is quite unpleasant since it means i can't overclock and i will have the problem again next heat wave.

Great value GPU.
Good value card. I play Ark on high settings and it has no problems at all.Easy to install on my Aorus x470 motherboard and fits great inside the Corsair Carbide case I have.Fans are temperature controlled which worried me a bit before I knew that as thought they had stopped working at first but they only kick in when needed which is very "cool" (bad pun, sorry).
