I usually spend big bucks on handbags and took a chance on this cause I didn’t want to slap down a hundred or two bucks for a bit of whimsy that I wanted it for an upcoming few days at the beach. It’s adorable! And, it’s more than well-made for the price. Zippers appear sturdy and solid, the lining is attractive and sewn well, and it’s as spacious as other reviewers have remarked about. Sturdy enough for everything and if the handles aren’t real leather, they’re excellent imitations cause they sure smell like leather. I’m bothered that Provence is misspelled, but maybe it’s on purpose? In any case, it’s big enough, bright enough, and whimsical enough to fit my needs. I was concerned that the bottom would sag and distort the shape, but it really doesn’t. And the side pocket, which I hadn’t noticed when I ordered it will come in very handy.

Not as large as I thought was gonna use as over night bag when go to my daughters. But is perfect for a purse. Got tons of compliments. Would buy again and recommend to family and friends.

Update: I took a chance and got a replacement. The new bag was great, had some minor changes the straps were different, the color was slightly darker and smaller and the construction is better also the smell was gone which was most importantOf course I have to return the old one which is a trip to the store but fair to have a usable bag so I changed the rating to 4 stars overallOriginalI was excited to receive the bag; however, it's not constructed well. It came dirty and with a bad smell right out of the pack. I had to wipe it with some Clorox, but it still smells. The straps smell really bad, and there is black dirt around them. When I hold the bag, I don’t think it has a good structure. There’s very little structure, so you can’t fully appreciate the design. Threads are already coming loose. I wanted to use it for everyday use, but I don’t think it will last.

Love the size & pocket on the side to remove phone. Color was bright, pockets inside useful so I bought another one. Was perfect for me.

This is not a traditional size tote bag, it's more like a big purse or a smaller tote. It's super cute, lot of pockets inside and the inside is lined with cute fabric.
