I am very happy with the product. It does what my old suunto but costs a fraction. It also records steps. It records total altitude increase so you can see how much you actually climbed in a day, not only initial and final altitude but all the walking up, down and up again (this feature only records climbing up).I was worried about waterproofness as it is quite cheap but it happily survived swimming and rafting with me.For people new to such watches, remember that altimeter runs of pressure sensor and when atmospheric pressure changes the altitude reading will change even if you're not mowing. You have to calibrate altitude every time you reach a known height above sea level. Or at least read the altitude every evening and make sure it is the same in the morning.The user manual is tiny, so if you don't have a perfect eyesight prepare to use a magnifying glass to read it it.

I was very pleased with this watch, worthy of five stars, but now, a year later, it has developed a problem. It is stuck on the compass display. pressing the lower left button does nothing. I do not know if the button itself has failed or the electronics are stuck in a loop. Does it need to be re-booted? if so how is this done? I have enjoyed using this watch and found it very useful. I would certainly buy another with similar functionality, but maybe pay a little more for better quality?

It did not work, I received the lad weather sensor II and I had difficulty connecting it, I thought it was battery, I went to a watch shop where I was told that it had a charged battery. I questioned Amazon how to turn on the watch, since it did not say anything in the instruction manual, Amazon forwarded me to the brand. The brand's response was to return the watch. I returned and am waiting, disillusioned, I was expecting a lot. I'll have to choose another brand.

Used only as a watch so far but very happy with it.

watch strap for small wrists only. light never worked. instructions in font size 2, buy a good magnifying glass. would send it back if I knew how.
