All I can say is WOW
I received this blade today, and all I can say is just WOW!!!My table saw is a late 60's to early 70's era Craftsman 8" cast iron little monster.I bought it off Craigslist years ago for like $75, and it's attached to a stamped steel stand; it's stout and well built.Problem has always been that cuts were never very accurate; and the el'-cheapo blade I had on there would flex, jump around, burn harder pieces of wood and just all around wasn't very good.I was excited when it came this morning, so I immediately went to the garage and put it on.Again: just WOW; what a difference it made to my saw.Fast cutting, clean, and the blade doesn't dance around like the old blade did, when cutting hardwood, laminate flooring, etc.The sheer difference in force needed to rip cut a board is just amazing; it's like butter. For $18, it's like I went out and bought a whole new table saw; there's that much of a difference. It's just day #1 so who knows how long it will last, stay sharp, etc.(but it is a Diablo/Freud, so I'm confident in it's quality), but I can't say enough at this point, about how impressed I am with the performance out of the package. Well worth the 20 bucks spent.

Great for Table Saws
I recently started using smaller blades on my table saw, and this is an excellent choice for many general purpose cuts. It makes nice clean rips up to 1-1/2" thick with ease, and performs well for crosscuts. For the money, it is a great blade.

8 1/4 inch saw blade
Hello, I have the delta miter saw that calls for the 8 and 1/4 in blade. Although the listing shows a picture of 8 - 8 1/4. The blade I received is the 8 1/4. I measured it and it is 8 1/4. Thin kerf. Would recommend.

The most important thing about this blade is the ease of cut. I ripped full depth with my Skilsaw on 6" RR ties. The saw plowed right through no matter which way I cut, cross, or rip.The only down side is, as stated before, depth of cut is shallow. I don't know where the 8-1/4" comes in. Maybe 8" to 8-1/4" the tolerance band they give themselves in manufacturing. And some blades will be bigger than others. It's all in the luck of the draw.On the whole though, even with the bigger and beefier saw, the quality of the cut between the Freud and the stock, Skil blade was night and day. the Skil is a true 8-1/4" but it didn't cut like the Freud, Quality blade, perfect if not for the size.

Best Saw Blade for the money!
This is an excellent blade for the money!.I use them for framing 2x dimensional lumber as well as cutting plywoods. The blades are used in both a Makita handheld saw as well as a tablesaw for ripping. I have used many different brands of blades over the years (45 years to be exact) and find the Freud products remain sharper longer and provide the best value.I highly recommend them.
