Five Stars
So I originally gave this 4 stars and am back a few months later to give a more detailed review. This a GREAT heat press. The price point is spot on. I had previously been quoted £1500 for professional mug press that pressed 4 mugs at once. This double mug press was supposed to fill in while I got the funds together for the professional press, however it works so well I have decided to save my money and get another one of these. It is easy to use. The instructions are a bit hard to understand but once we figured it out we were flying! It heats up really quickly which makes it very easy to work to order in our shop. The pressure is really easy to adjust and it is really easy to clamp down.I will be buying another one soon. I HIGHLY recommend it.

Don't bother with this company
I loved the press for all of 11 mugs, then one of the presse's heating element went wrong. It overheated and there was smoke coming out of it. I've had the press since 22nd April but due to being in hospital I couldn't use it for a month. In total I've managed 11 mugs before it blew. The company, Signzworld, insist it's a consumable and that I will have to buy a new one. This doesn't please me one little bit. You expect it to last longer than that. They say it's not covered by the warranty. Well, that convinces me not to buy from them again and certainly not to recommend them. I will have to buy the new element and see if I can fit it (they say they will do it but will charge for it). No thanks.Update: second element blew after 2 mugs. Waiting to hear from company.

Perfect item!
The media could not be loaded. After having my 5 in 1 press mess up a ton of orders I decided to go for this after a lot of research and comparisons. I can honestly say I love it so Much and easy as hell to use. More vids on the quality it performs at on Tiktok, insta, Facebook - TNC_PrintsDefo worth the money and will pay itself back faster with the dual stations.Only issue I can see is that I cannot find more attachments for tumblers etc on Amazon for this mechine. You get what you pay for
Having run a singular heat press into the ground over 100's of mug orders over 8 months it was time for a new one. A double press seemed like a good move. If/when you can manage to get your head around the bizarre timing set up you should be pretty impressed with this. Quality of prints was good. However, within 2 weeks of use one of the heating elements started smoking and bubbling, within 4 months it had given up heating up. I have made a couple of hundred mugs on this within a few months but , given that my last equally cheap and singular mug press went twice as long before going the same way, I'm disappointed. I have contacted Signzworld but they dont want to take any responsibility for it. I have replaced the part and it's working again except for the other heating element is now starting to bubble and will probably also need replacing soon. Overall, its decent , if you make a lot of mugs like I do though it's maybe worth spending more for something that will last longer than a few months, or at least have a back up machine for when it does fail.

Great value, instructions not great but once it's set up right it's definitely a winner.
Bought 2 of these. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars. Great value for money, once you get the hang of the programming from the rather sparse instructions this press works very well. After programming the only small issue is that adjusting the pressure can be a bit tricky but once you have that right it's all good after that. Today I pressed 36 mugs in 50 minutes and that included attaching the printout to each mug. All came out spectacularly well. Per the blurb this looks like it'll be suitable for high volume print runs. I can see us doing 100 mugs a day per unit without too much trouble. Will be ordering a 3rd soon.

magnificent heat press shame about the instructions
was a little iffy when buying as read a few reviews saying it was hard to get set right and expect to waste a couple of mugs getting settings right plus instructions not very good and if i was to be honest i can see why someone may think that but in all reality yes the adjustment was slightly tricky to set the pressure, if you use a mug before you turn it on its easy to get the pressure about right without ruining any mugs and for me its the same issue with all mug presses. as for the instructions, yes they are not good at all intact your better off working your way through it yourself but the plus side is this is a magnificent mug press every mug has come out perfect and best of all it saves a lot of time being able to do 2 at once. highly recommended even for the beginner but i would definitely follow my instructions for setting up the pressure before heating and creating your first mug.

Unprofessional sellers
The press is one I have used before, hog standard instructions, it was defective but sellers refused to pay for return postage on return, not impressed at all AVOID
