Echo on other end.
Had to return these as the person on the other end kept complaining about hearing an echo of their own voice. A shame as they seem a good quality product otherwise.

OK, not durable
Bought 3 sets so far, and broken 2.Sound quality is great, problem is the cable keeps breaking at USB connector.Probably more to do with me using them in a runners belt.I'm happy if I get 3 months out of each pair

"The bass is much better quality than the headphones that came with my Pixel. So far, I haven't had any discomfort with the earbuds. These headphones came with other sizes of earplug pieces in case the ones on it weren't the right size.There is a way to activate a warranty once you receive your headphones, I suggest you do so. The customer service representative I worked with was very helpful and friendly.I would absolutely buy these again if I needed to."

They seemed fine at first but after just couple of months they are useless. Constant disconnecting and cracking noises:( even tho I looked after them properly and kept in the case.
