I have been looking at this light but was unsure about the brightness, a quick email to seller, and I was put at ease. Went ahead and purchased the light and was not disappointed, this light looks great and it is very bright. I used to have an 80w flourecsent tube in the room, and this light comes to about 85% of the tube brightness, excellent light and easy to fit. Even comes with a small pair of cotton gloves to keep fingerprints off the chrome parts, a nice touch. All in all very pleased with this light in every respect.

We have just installed these Halo lights in our Livingroom. When we ordered these we were a little wary of ordering electrical goods from an unknown source. We shouldn't have been as the electrician who was rewiring our house and installed them commented on how well they had been made and how great they looked. We love them and they look and feel really well made. Really finished off our room and they give off a great evenly dispersed light. These lights must be one of the only lights which come with cotton gloves for install. Now that's attention to detail. Highly recommend these lights and manufacturer.

Was worried how bright this would be but I need not have worried as its very bright so has used a dimmer it looks great.

Bought 2 of these and we are very pleased with themPros1 Stylish and different2 30W consumption - a lot lower than the 150w equivalent they appear to be pushing out.3 Bright (possibly too bright for some) but I like them4 Good spread of light both direct and off the ceiling5 Everybody has passed compliments on the lights6 Light is almost instantaneous when they are switched onCons1 Not dimmable2 LED lights are not replaceable3 Bright - did I say they were bright?4 Ceiling fixing could be better5 There is a slight flicker (single 'flick') when they are turned on6 30W consumption - not that low compared with some unitsThey do come in 2 different 'colour' temperatures. Personally I like the bright output but some may find it too bright. Recommend you go to a shop and see the difference between the two different colour temperatures.Update:20 months on we still love these lights and almost everybody who sees them pass compliments. They have transformed the living and dining rooms

Been looking at a new living room light for a while, all I've fancied have been preposterously expensive. This is a bright light, much needed in a dark room. Looks stylish. Impressed with it for the price

Very very happy with this light! It’s perfect for my room, it gives lots of light and is dimmable. Overall it does the job in every sense. The quality and look of the product is wonderful.

Easy to install with, no earth cable etc, just N and L.Light is nice and looks decent quality, nice chrome etc, however, after just 5 weeks it has failed. Started just flashing annoyingly and after an hour or so it just stopped all together.No idea what it is, electician wants more to come and test it than it cost.Annoying and an expensive episode!

Belated review, had these in for 3 years, no issues going strong and still look stunning
