Large baloon with an elastic band at the end. You blow the balloon up (pretty large I must add), tie it, and then use the elastic band to bounce the balloon forward, backwards and all around. I bought these for my nephew for his school birthday bag. All of the kids appeared to love these balloons. It kept my nephew and nieces busy for hours and it's funny watching them bounce the balloons. They were easy to inflate, and the air didn't leak fast like I expected, I haven't had one pop probably due to the good quality/how thick they are. Great value for the fun!! Would absolutely buy again!!

Overall, these balloons are pretty decent quality and held up well for the most part. However, my three-year-old son was playing with one when the rubber band snapped and hurt him. This only happened with one out of the five balloons we tried, but it’s something to be aware of, especially with young kids.

These were a big hit for my nieces birthday! Everyone loved them the kids had a blast blowing them uo and playing with them. They all came perfect, and none broken. The only negative let them air out before putting them in the goody bags. They have a strong latex smell when you 1st open them. Would buy again!

PROS: -The balloons are very bright colors -They seem durable, my daughter had fun with the few we played with -You get quite a few ballons for a cheap price (bought the 30pk) CONS: -The balloons we're packaged with a lot of dirt and grime. I'm sure the factory were these are made gets pretty dirty, but they should wash the balloons before packaging them. There was so much stuff on them that I didn't feel comfortable handing these out to kids. It was a simple fix though, I gave all of the balloons a quick bath in soapy water. The water was brown once I was done, so I added fresh water and kept washing until the water was no longer brown. I would have given more stars if they weren't so dirty.
