We purchased a flight for our nursery. It is perfect! Paired with an LED adjustable light switch. The night light mode is so calming and also adjustable.

UPDATED REVIEW: Ceiling light stopped working after 13 months. It was good while it lasted, but disappointed forsure. OLD REVIEW: I bought this ceiling light because it had good reviews and had a very modern look. It was my first time ever installing a ceiling light and I thought it would be a little easier but my feeble little arms got tired quicker than I expected. Nevertheless, I got that bad boy up there. I thought there would be a remote but you just gotta turn on the light, turn it off and back on, to change the light setting. Anything is better than the ceiling light I had on there before, but I’m pretty happy with how it looks and would buy again.

Update: After 13 months, this light fixture appears to have failed. I will be able to confirm for sure when I put in a different fixture, but currently the light will not turn on and the switch appears to be working. This will be the last time I install a cheap light fixture in a hardwired installation. Earlier review: I chose this light for its low profile and nightlight feature. It's a great option for a room with a low ceiling that requires a very low-profile overhead light. I had it professionally installed and it went up in a few minutes. Dimmer I purchased this compatible dimmer switch (single pole): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D3KNH27R The light switch function works as described. Press the top side of your switch (or flip the switch UP, if you have a switch that flips) and it'll turn on the regular light, then flipping the switch down turns it off. Press again the top side and it will turn on the nightlight, then bottom to turn off, etc. In other words, the function of the top button or turning the switch UP alternates between the regular light and nightlight. The light twists off of the base plate, much like a smoke detector does. The function works well and has a satisfying and secure click when it is fully twisted in. Twisting it off is an easy way to access the color changing switch. (The light also has a small metal cord which attaches it to the base plate for extra security, so it is not just attached by electrical wires.)

Very nice little light.... I especially like the night light part of it because I have a cat that's difficult to see at night and this night light allows me to see if she's around.. very easy to install... I did have to buy a new dimmer switch... But all in all I would purchase this again

First, the price is great for 90+CRI. Included hardware was good quality and the base mounts easily and securely as well as the light itself, and like others have mentioned there is a handy wire that hooks on the base for support while wiring. Speaking of wires, the ends of the wires are tinned so there is no hassle with stray wires. This is a nice touch and really unexpected at this price point! The light itself shines to the four corners of the room - I mounted these in a 12' x 10' and 11' x 10' room, plus a hallway. Some of the 80 CRI lights have a tough time with corner shadowing so this must be close to stated 90 CRI ratin. The minor negatives (and reason for 4 stars instead of five): I wish it did not have that yellowish "nite light" option that displays if you switch on and off within 5 seconds. My experience (YMMV) was the ugly yellow lite came on when I initially turned on the light. When I got the normal light to come on, if I don't leave that on for 10 seconds before turning off the next time into the room the light turns on the nite light. Maybe this is because I am using dimmer switches? Regardless, it's more pain than it's worth. A turn-off nite light option would be nice. Also, and this is nit picking, it would be nice to have five options rather that three for light color setting. I have used five light option fixtures in primary rooms in the house and those are much more helpful dialing in the desired lighting.

Is it possible to have too much light? Apparently yes — I’m still looking for my sunglasses. My kitchen/dining space is 14 × 26 feet, and my old 14" fluorescent doughnut lights weren’t cutting it. I upgraded to two 15" fixtures, and now it’s like the sun moved in. I’m probably installing a dimmer just so I can tone down the 4000K setting. Honestly, 12" or 13" lights would’ve been plenty, but here we are. Even the night‑light mode lights up the whole room. If you want brightness, these deliver. Last winter I installed the 6" versions that light up in front of my cabinets to light up the counters... I won't need to depend on them any longer as these 15" does the job.

I love the easy of install it was, the hardest part of installing a light so close to wall is the fact that you have to hold it with one hand and connect the cables and they included a little hook 🪝 for that . Just hook it up and connect the cables easy. And simple twist and it's install . Color is fine and u can make it more brighter if needed. The only complaint I have is that there is no remote with it.
