Small neat and light fits snug to ceiling
Small, light and neat light fitting that sits close to the ceiling. Gives out adequate illumination for the average bedroom. Unobtrusive and good value for money.

Easy to fit & looks pretty good for the price.
Used as a central light in a living room. It's very bright, maybe a little too bright if it's the only light source. I have wall lights & standard lamps as alternatives. A doddle to fit, fixing screws & plugs that look like they'd work in plasterboard are included. Most lighting wiring will have at least 2 cables into them, usually 3. That means you need somewhere for up to 9 wires to connect to. As usual, this only really allows for 1 cable (3 wires) but at least there's room INSIDE the fitting to take those other connections if necessary. You will, of course, require an additional connecter block for the looped Lives & may need a bigger block for the other 3. I was fortunate on this occasion & had only 1, flat T&E, cable to connect The included connecter block has a sticky pad attached, to make it easier to connect first & then stick the pad to the body of the unit. Not so easy to disconnect later maybe, but as this doesn't have replaceable lamps it probably wouldn't matter if it was damaged by removal. The incoming aperture is very small, only designed for flex, but could easily be opened out to 20mm with a cone cutter if necessary. I don't know how long it will last, and the lamps aren't designed to be replaced (flat COB strip) so that will be the real test, but so far - thumbs up at this price!
