The perfect solution for receiving high speed 5G
The problem with 5G is that it can be disrupted by nothing more complicated than a sheet of paper or pane of glass. So to get anything approaching the speeds 5G is capable of you need a clear line of site to the tower/mast.Rather than putting an aerial on the roof and running cables back to a router, this simply puts the router outdoors. The advantage is that you then only need to run ethernet back to a switch or mesh system, which is much more straightforward and can go much farther than aerial cables. It gets power by using a power over ethernet adaptor, so no extra cabling needed.Mine is mounted at the apex of my roof using a straightforward TV aerial bracket.I've gone from no indoor 5G at all to 150 - 200Mbps download and 35Mbps upload. Much faster and cheaper than Starlink, but obviously not as good as FTTP broadband. An all-you-can-eat 5G SIM costs a lot less than a typical BT "super-fast" broadband copper connection which at my house is only able to achieve 35Mbps download at best.Recommended.

Not worth the price..
iPhone 13 mini gets 100 - 500mbps inside using 5g and same sim while FWA170 gets 30-100 mbps outside… enough said
