Great fan, totally worth it!
The air delivery is powerful and cools the room quickly. It runs smoothly with very minimal noise, and the build quality feels sturdy and durable. Great value for money.

WORST Customer service
worst customer service. FAN starting making noise with 3 months of usage. Chasing customer service is another PAIN. Somehow they replaced new motor, but that also started making noise within 15days. Again raised customer complaint & they closed service request by saying it's duplicate request. WORST WORST WORST WORST.

It is necessary to improve product supervision.
The first fan was replaced because it was defective, but the second product also has a slight defect in its body.
