Another very useful gadget
I love it. It speeds the curing process by about two weeks. Earlier access to the product is always a plus. Also it’s easy to use and understand.

Terrible product - ruined weeks of fermenting
Battery leaked and ruined an entire batch of $100 ghost peppers. Same your time and go manual.

Burp Lids for the win! V2 is far superior to V1
I was previous using the V1 lids which were effective but a bit laborious. The V2 is an amazing upgrade. You charge the lids, screw them on and hit the button once.... that's it. Not only is it significantly faster than pumping out the air manually, it does a better job extracting the air than I could do with the pump. The "hiss" is way more pronounced with the V2 vs the V1. Based off that, I'm confident that it's extracting all of the air out. I'm using 64oz Ball jars and the lids are working perfectly.One thing to mention is that these aren't completely automatic. They still require you to "burp" the lid in order for the air exchange to occur. That said, it only takes seconds and is extremely easy to do. Integrating a switch bot would allow to burp remotely from a device.Very cool product, highly recommended.

V2 is the best so far!!
I been a huge fan of burp lids since day one! I thought the lids with the hand pump was a game changer! Then they did this, V2 is definitely a game changer! I gave this lid to my father in law and now I’m going to buy another one for me!! I can’t get enough how amazing and easy burping now is!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS
