Yes they do if you get the right size. I could have gotten a bigger size and would have fit perfect. They hug the leg and cover the bottom. On me they rolled up on the legs.

I wear a size 7 panty in US clothes...Asian ones ordered through Amazon I am anywhere between L and XXL...so read their chart in the listing for correct fit!
