The product is very good. It was too big for our family of 3, that was the only reason of return . ..I need to buy a smaller one ... Thank you Amazon for returning it ..

The pot looks nice and of a good quality. I got the 10Q or 9.5L version. However in using other than a pressure cooker things aren’t that great. Starting with the user manual which is very lacking in getting you started. I think a better guide is needed than just pressure cook some water and call it a day and say you’re ready for your first use.. NOT. It lacks a lot of useful & necessary information like how long does it takes to depressurize naturally. Vital for cooking rice & through trial & error I found it varies with the quantity of rice.. And the manual doesn’t really tells you what to except from each function, just general information that’s really useless. Pressure cooking meat is good & safe & easy. Cake cooking is controversial. If you like your cake flat & not fluffy & crispy around the edges like what you get in an oven cooking then sure go ahead. But I won’t be using it again for cakes. Steam cooking I couldn’t do because it didn’t come with a steaming rack & I’m still looking for a big size rack to fit in the pot 10.5” & might be making my own. It ONLY came with a useless measuring cup that’s not even a standard cup. I think its a 3/4 cup or so & this is a big pot. Sauté function is the worst, it takes a long time to heat up & when you add the ingredients to sauté, it cools down very quickly & it’ll never get back to heat, its stays around 80c so it takes more than 20 to 25 minutes to sauté a couple of onions & 2 tomatoes. so better to sauté outside the pot then add the ingredients & continue cooking with pot. Small quantity is no problem but I bought this pot because I need large quantity. It’s not up for the task. After trying multiple times to get the rice right I’m starting to give up on rice cooking with this pot. My traditional method of cooking rice I get a long grain non sticky fluffy rice, couldn’t do it on this pot & the information on social media is so contradictive about time and water that it’ll mess up your cooking. So I have ignored all the programs in the pot & I’m using the manual mode. Last irritation is the “keep warm” function, I have to turn it off every time I use the pot. Lastly, if you need a pressure cooker, it’s great.. safe, odorless & easy to use, I think better than traditional pressure cookers. Any other uses, depends really on how you like your food cooked, if anything goes, then yeah its good. But if you’re like me who likes the dish to taste exactly as it should, its not a replacement for traditional cooking methods & will be using it just for pressure cooking meat. And forget about the hype of saving time, it doesn’t.
