Suppress appetite
Didn’t give me much extra energy but when I take energy drinks they don’t either but did stop me from being hungry and stopped me from snacking so overall I am happy as eating less so hopefully will lose the weight

I am pretty fit and attend the gym regularly but I still need to lose a bit and though these would be the solution to help boost the fat lost but these pills are totally useless.I have had them for more than a month to make sure before posting a review, and I would not bother not recommend getting these !I am amazed how these can be sold on Amazon when they simply do not work !
