Great for the small terrapin.
Brought this for my small terrapins to bask on. Very sturdy and heavy so won't float around tank .l needed to make it higher as lays a little to low in the water for my terrapins but they love it ,its easy for them to get on and off. Arrived very well packaged . I also saw this product in a pet shop about £5 dearer. Best to buy this for the smaller terrapins around 4 inches, as to small for terrapins over this size. My large terrapin would totally love this but is to low in the water, not wide enough or long enough(she's about 10 inches long I wonder if you do have an extra large platform exactly like this one if not it would be great if they could make one. I would recommend this but only for the smallest terrapins.

Woah! Bigger then expected!!
The media could not be loaded. It came in the colour i selected, Brown.It was much larger then i expected but i intended it to be this size anyways,Not much to say, Your lizard or tortoise can easily climb the stairs on either side to access this basking platform.Honestly it was worth it, I 100% Approve and recommend!

Should work in my pond to rescue hedgehogs etc but a bit light.
Had planned a fish pond but hit hardcore just 18" down, so resigned to having a wildlife pond for frogs, newts etc now. Read about how small animals need an escape after falling in from drinking at the pond side so built up some boulders etc but this seemed a safer bet. Looks nice, has a rugged texture for grip - just about heavy enough to sit on the base of the pond but only just!

Well made but too low in a 4x2x2
Well made resin platform , bit low for my 4x2x2 viv but provides a lower cooler area to rest, climb. I use it in bearded dragon viv but I have to have a much higher dedicated basking area( reptile lounger hammock) . 6 month old til year old could lie on it but not much bigger reptile. It’s kinda a little extra in viv for me , not an essential due to low height. Might be better for small tortoise

La piattaforma è molto bella e dal vivo rende molto di più, è solida e ben fatta.L’unico problema è che quando l’ho bollita per disinfettarla prima di metterla nel terrario, ha perso tantissimi pezzettini sotto forma di pallini bianchi minuscoli dalla parte inferiore. Fate attenzione quindi e trovate un modo migliore di disinfettare
