A lot of recent reviews mentioned this cap running too small, but I found the fit to be perfectly snug. It offers just the right amount of gentle, 360-degree compression without feeling overly tight or restrictive. My routine is to put this on right before laying down in bed, and it is comfortable enough that I usually fall right asleep wearing it. The big selling point for me is the use of actual individual ice packs rather than standard solid gel inserts. The ice packs maintain their temperature significantly longer than gel caps I’ve tried in the past. In fact, they stay cold long enough for me to drift completely off to sleep before I ever notice the temperature starting to drop. If you want reliable, long-lasting cold therapy and a secure fit to block out light and tension, this is an excellent choice.

I get a migraine a week and these are the ONLY caps I use. They actually stay cold for hours, they fit perfectly, they are well made, and they are little cubes so you can wear the cap comfortably straight out of the freezer.

I have tried so many of these caps but they all fail at staying cold. This one stays super cold for a long time. It's actually a little too cold at first so I put a wash cloth as a barrier on my forehead for a bit at first. This cap delivers on the cold ice you just need for your head. The ice being a cube design is what makes it last so long. While it is a tad bulky compared to gel, the long lasting cool ice makes it so worth it! I have 2 so that I will always have one ready to go.

I deal with a scalp nerve disorder that, when triggered, sends radiating tingling from my scalp down into my forehead and cheek area. The only real relief I’ve found is from using ice caps. I’ve tried two other brands before, but they only stayed cold for about 15 to 20 minutes—and worse, they gave me an intense brain freeze right from the start. The Comfcube cap stays cold for 1 to 2 hours, and rather than hitting you with a freezing blast, it gradually gets colder as you wear it, which makes a huge difference in comfort. While the cap does not provide cooling coverage across the top of the head (the reason for the 4 star review instead of 5 stars), it does wrap around the sides of the head and extends down to cover the forehead and face, just like in the product photo. Still, it has helped with my issue so much I bought a second one, so I always have a backup ready when I need it.

I bought one of these last year and it was great. Doesn't stay cold for 2 hours but definitely stays colder than the average gel pack. Since it's so helpful and takes quite a while to refreeze I thought I'll get a new one. Well, I don't know what they changed but it's now COMICALLY small. Like I'm not sure a baby could fit this on their head small. It perches on top of my hat like some kind of novelty hat headband. So I filed for a refund and let amazon convince me it must have been a one-off and they'd send a replacement. Okay sure. Well except that it's the exact same thing. Absolutely comically small. No give at all so it's not like it can be stretched out. So I guess I'll just be happy I have one, and find something else for my backup, because clearly this company has ruined this product. Shame.

There's no way this is fitting on anyone's head unless they're a child. I use it as a hat & it does stay cold for awhile. I still like it. It isn't soft though, you can feel the frozen cubes through the cap. I'm not sure if you're planning on using it for migraines that it won't hurt, between the tightness & the frozen cubes. If you need it to go over your eyes, that's probably not gonna happen. I use it to help keep my body temperature down. For that it works great.

Love it! But I have an average sized head. If you have a larger head, this might be too snug on you. It is snug on me but I like that. Before I got this ice hat, I would tightly tie ice packs to my head during migraines. Also, I think it's more accurate to say it stays cold for 1 hour of wearing it, not 2 as stated. If you miss ice on top of your head, you can always place a smaller ice pack inside the stretchy pony tail hole. The ice cubes in this hat are not gel. They're individual soft rubber blocks filled with water that cannot leak. They are not as soft as gel to lay down on, but they stay cold much longer than gel. Totally helps migraine pain! Worth every penny. Comes with a sturdy zip lock to keep the bag in to keep freezer smell away from ice hat. Use this bag! Don't throw it out when unboxing.

Amazing stays cold for at least 45 minutes.

Nothing like this just a very thin cheap half mask in the same colour. Impossible to send back. Total theft

Gone through a few of these because they always warm up quickly. So I have a couple in the freezer. Bought this one and it stays cooler much much longer than any other.
