Works as well if not better than Total Gym Apex
Was $100 less than the Total Gym Apex, and was skeptical when the shipping said only 2lb.(typo probably) but anyway, it works as well as the Total gym Apex models I have used in the past and is remarkably similar. The directions were a bit vague on assembly, but with a bit of common sense and about 1/2 hour I had it put together and working flawlessly. Came with extra tension bands and an ankle attachment as well to use with the machine. All in all, I would give this machine a 5star rating. Works well, as I use it now 5 days a week and no issues. I do wish it came with a workout poster like other machines, which would have been helpful, but you can watch Total Gym vids on YouTube and get workout ideas from there as it is basically the same machine as the TG Apex g1. Only thing I can see wearing out would be the rollers on the bottom of the slide table at some point, hope this seller will have them for sale for replacement when they are needed in distant future.

Doesn’t come with all the parts
Beyond terrible instructions, doesn’t come with all required hardware. UPDATE: The only pin that came with this pile of crap just failed and it folded on me mid butterfly and almost hit me, literally, within an inch of hitting my head. This thing is dangerous

Great equipment but....
I love this thing already! It's strong and sturdy. Easy to use. I gave it 4 stars because it was a bit confusing to assemble and was missing some hardware. Lucky thing I had some spare hardware I had saved up for times like these that fit. 👍 it works just like a total gym but way cheaper, which is a win-win. I took a screenshot of the finished equipment on here and used it as reference for assembling. The longer bolts go in the center of frame and the others are used for the front of and glide-board. If that helps and looking at the instructions as well for the handle bars and stuff. I had to use the pins in the middle of frame which is weird but I guess it functions as a way to fold up the equipment for storage. I'm so ready to use this daily to get in shape. I recommend this product though. 😀

Home Gym
For the price, this home gym is well worth the $. However, missing nuts and bolts, poor quality controll.

Looks good but can't assemble
I really wanted to like this product, but unfortunately, it fell short. At first, it looks like all the hardware you need is included, but as I started putting it together, I realized some pieces were missing. I ended up buying extra hardware, only to discover that the holes for the pegs weren’t drilled correctly, so I couldn’t lock the equipment in place. It was pretty frustrating, and after searching online, I saw that others had the same experience. If you’re looking for something reliable, I’d recommend investing in the real Total Gym or checking for a used one that’s already assembled. It’ll save you time and hassle.

Scam - Cheat - Ripp Off - Don't Buy It!
I was very excited to order this gym, as I had an original total gym before that I really liked and used almost every day. But this one is a big disappointment! I have never had a chance to use it. It feels as if the company is trying to get rid of its faulty product by reducing the price significantly. All the screws and bolts were missing, not a big deal; we got them from a hardware store. The instruction is terrible and misleading. It is very hard to slide up and down, and the bench usually gets stuck on the top and keeps falling off the rail. We even paid someone to take a look. He loosened the wheels as much as possible, but it didn't help. He said the rails are too narrow or close to each other towards the top; therefore, the wheels get stuck. He would have to cut them off, adjust them so the wheels have room to roll, and weld them back. Basically, restructure the entire machine for $250. The seller is not responding to my emails or phone calls. I feel cheated, lied to, and completely ripped off! Shame on this company for selling their garbage to the public!!!! Amazon should not allow them to sell!!!

Missing most of the Hardware
I bought the "M700" model during Prime Days. It took 10 days to arrive. When it arrived, the bottom end of the package was broken open. I went to assemble the machine, and most of the hardware was missing. Did the hardware fall out or was it missed in the first place when packaged? I think it wasn't added in the forst place. I scrounged around for hardware in my garage, but I didn't have any metric sized bolts or nuts. I contacted "support" via email listed on the poorly written instruction manual, and got no response after a day. I ended up going to the hardware store and buying what I needed. I made it work. Typical Made in China quality control and support. It is frustrating to assemble, and forget the wrenches that come with it, get yourself a 14mm and 17mm wrench and socket, assembly goes much faster that way. The frustration is made even worse when most of the hardware is missing and there is no company support. Not worth the hassle or taking a chance. Other reviews mentioned the same thing about missing parts and pieces, you'd be better off finding another make and model and not hassling with it. It does work once assembled, but getting to the "assembled stage" is the problem.

Can't beat it for the price
If I had paid $600+ (the cost of the leading brand name), I would given four stars, because the instructions were not good. However, I managed to assemble it correctly, and use it almost daily. It is a solid piece of equipment. I am 64 years old, and I don't have 2 hours to spend in the gym every day (or any day, actually). I happen to have a large amount of free weights (been working out all of my life), which I use on occasion to mix things up, but I get an excellent workout for all body parts with the Signature Fitness home gym. I did not think there would be enough resistance to do leg work, but the resistance bands that come with the unit add much more resistance, and the configuration would let one add more resistance bands (or heavier ones) if desired. It's not perfect, but the Signature Fitness home gym is an excellent value, that I would highly recommend.
