I use this for making soap. I run it for 10-20 seconds at a time so it never gets too warm. It is very powerful and a pleasure to use.Ergonomic. I think it is probably heavier than some, but it is easy to hold and it stands up on its own if you need to set it down so it is very easy and comfortable to use. Easy to clean up. I like the SS so much better than a plastic one.

I bought it for soap making and it is doing great. I have just started making soaps. I was having issues with bubbles in soap but it wasn’t the blender, it was me. Now that I learned that I have to get air out of it before starting blending, no more bubble issues. It’s been a month and It has made 9 batches till today with no issues. It does get warm if you use it longer but not an issue for soap making as I use it for 4-5 seconds at a time. The packaging has listed not to use it longer than a minute at a time. I hope this is helpful. I paid full price for this product. No discounted product and review.

It is small and compact and perfect for my galley kitchen. It is quite powerful and blended up my blueberries for blueberry syrup in no time flat. I like the fact that it is a two-part hand blender and comes apart easily for cleaning. Although it might be small in stature, it is a heavy duty hand blender with a nice grip. I should have bought one of these years ago! Very happy with this purchase.

Bought this blender for soapmaking and it worked great the two times i used it. Unfortunately when i took it out this morning, in the middle of making a third batch of soap, it quit working! so frustrating, i had to finish with a handmixer which took forever! I can no longer return it as that window is closed since i bought it September 19 of this year. So i owned it two months and used it twice. not sure if i bought a dud or or this brand is junk. i will buy appliances locally from now on and keep the receipt. at least i know i can return it if it breaks.

It worked great but didn't get as much use as I would have expected from it. Motor blow out. Going to find other brand to replace it. If you need one for occasional use, but not good for making finely cut things.Original - This is great, some reviews says it gets hot. The handle gets warm with 5 or more minutes of use but not hot enough that you can't handle it and you can still use it. It mixes and blend quickly and it is easy to clean up. I'm using it almost every. Way easier to clean than a blender or food processor.

I was impressed with the quality of the unit when I removed it from the box. I’ve used it 2x now and it worked great to blend a quick beverage. It is easy to clean and very good looking! I’m super happy with my purchase.

Recently found a soup recipe that called for an immersion blender. Grabbed this after reading some reviews on various models and I have to say I'm impressed. My favorite feature is the detachable shaft, which made cleanup a breeze. I also loved the 2 speed options. Really nice blender at a discount price.

This is the third immersion blender that I have purchased recently. One had to be returned because the blender would not stay connected to the motor, and the other was very shoddy. This one connects easily and strongly, and most importantly, unlike the others, has four blades instead of two. I didn’t realize how important that is, but if you are planning on making mayonnaise, then you really need the power that those four blades will give you. I’m glad I tried it
