Great item - solved my Windows 10 problem. I used my 3.5 mm jack as a line out from my PC to my amp. However, installing Windows 10 destroyed my drivers and several days of system and driver updates, manual setting, rebooting and swearing did not solve the problem (W 10 could not find/recognise the output). I think I tried every possible suggested fix on line but I had to admit defeat. As it would only recognise USB inputs and outputs, this handy device has solved my problem.

I needed a magnifier to see the moulded symbols for earphones and microphone that identify the jack sockets. Make sure the settings are adjusted for sound output to this USB device. Volume and ON/OFF is adjusted via the PC system controls.

Sound quality is good for a cheap USB soundcard

While the monitor speakers are plugged into this via 3.5mm I get a constant buzzing feedback while using any other method to Speakers its not happening so its the soundcard unfortunately, had high hopes.

Out of the box it worked great with windows 10 but It stopped working after 2 months plugged into my desktop, with only a hissing sound when trying to record audio from it's mic jack

Das Adapterkabel funktioniert sowohl an meinem I-Pad 2022. als auch an diversen Android-Devices tadellos. Überraschenderweise ist die Soundqualität mit diesem Adapterkabel hörbar besser als bei dem Mini-Klinken-Ausgang meines POCO X3 Pro. Bei den anderen Devices konnte ich leider keinen Vergleich anstellen - in Ermangelung eines Kopfhörer-Ausgangs ( weswegen ich das Kabel ja angeschafft habe ). Ich kann das Adapter-Kabel empfehlen und würde es wieder kaufen

Als Audio Input für den Raspberry 4B gekauft und taugt, wird unter Linux erkannt und läuft. Ob die Audioqualität gut ist kann ich nicht sagen. Ich zeichne Audio von einem Funkscanner auf, also hauptsächlich Sprache.

Eine externe Soundkarte? Die hatte ich gar nicht im Blick, als es um den Ersatz einer internen Karte ging. Ich habe mich spontan für dieses einfache und preiswerte Modell entschieden und bin positiv überrascht: einfach in einen USB-Slot eingesteckt - und schon liefert das kleine Teil Musik und Töne in sehr ordentlicher Qualität. Da gibts nichts zu meckern. Volle Punktzahl.

Plug - and - Play. Keine Treiberinstallation notwendig, läuft auf den genannten Systemen sofort nach Einstecken. Für den Preis also echt top. Einzig die Beschriftung der Klinkenbuchsen für Kopfhörer und Mikro sind schlecht zu erkennen, deswegen 1 Stern Abzug.
