Not very comfortable for me.
This product did not offer the proper support I received from other products. I returned to the other brand and regret the change.

Great product with some caveats
This really helped with the plantar fasciitis on my right heel. The busted heel made me compensate by putting more pressure on my left knee. So now I have left knee pain and right heel pain.Tried this product during my 12 hr shift and it made a BIG difference. I wore it for 10hrs and decided to take it off 3/4ths into the shift to see how it was like without it. Long story short, it was like stepping on a solid metal floor without anything between my heel and the floor. I actually got a jolt every step I took, so then I proceeded to put the insole back and walk normally again. The only problem I see with this is that since the insole is quite thick it will push your toe knuckles into the roof of the shoe. Now if you have those types of shoes with breathable fabric like running shoes, it shouldn't be a problem. But if you have a boot or a leather shoe that doesn't have any give, this will probably give you calluses or corns in the long run. Unfortunately, being an RN, I prefer shoes that are leather so that accidents and spills don't get to my feet.I decided to take another route and place these soles in my running shoes instead and they have been making miracles.TLDRGreat arch supportGreat heel supportA little thick so you might need to get larger shoes or more breathable shoesEasy to cut and adjust as it has lines you simply traceHelped with my plantar fasciitis

Probably best for arch support
I have a very sore heel and I think it’s plantar fasciitis but have not had that confirmed by a doctor. I decided to try these insoles because they say they are for plantar fasciitis—but I don’t like them FOR THAT CONDITION for a couple of reasons: (1) The high arches bother me. I don’t need arch supports, and I don’t really see how that is helping my sore heels. (2) They do fit into my shoes and I think they are sized correctly, but the thickness of them makes my sneakers too tight which makes my feet even more uncomfortable. To wear these, I’d have to buy bigger shoes, or at least wider shoes—but I already wear a wide width size. I got some plain gel insoles at the dollar store and I prefer those since they are cushiony for my heels without adding bulk/thickness. I think I will just stick to the dollar store gel insoles for my condition. If you need orthotics for arch support, these may be for you.I write honest reviews to help others make informed purchases because I read reviews myself and appreciate how helpful they can be. I hope that my review helped you!

comfortable insoles with cushioning and good arch support
These insoles are are pretty comfortable. The arch support is noticeable, but not so stiff that they rub uncomfortably against my feet. Cushioning is good without being so thick that they don't fit in my running shoes.

Fit perfectly in husband's boots without cutting & very comfortable
I was going to use these insoles for my own shoes, cutting them down to size. But when my husband saw them and found that they fit perfectly in his boots (after he removed the stock flat insert that came with them), he really wanted them for himself. He has reported that they are softer than most inserts, but that made them even more comfortable in his opinion. But if you are looking for a harder more rigid insert, this wouldn't be the one for you.

Seems appropriately stiff and durable
Firm, solid support - almost a bit TOO elevated, but I'm hoping in time there's eventually just enough give/flex to make for a comfortable fit. If that happens, I'd go to 5 stars. Great price compared to a custom orthotic, but be sure to find the appropriate size for your foot.
