Love this treadmill!
I had been looking for a treadmill for months. I had narrowed it down to a couple. I found for the price, this was just what I was looking for. I received the treadmill a few days earlier that originally expected. It was super easy to assemble. Once I assembled it, I noticed that one of the plastic caps was damaged. I contacted the customer service department. With in a hour, I got a response to my email. They asked for my order number and quickly shipped me a new one. I feel that there customer service did a great job!I am using it everyday. I am completely satisfied.

Best treadmill - perfection!
It’s day 1… I was amazed - literally, pull out of the box, stand up the handle, snap in the phone holder… silicon the belt, plug in.. and GO! No tools - literally no tools. I’m a single gal, had planned to ask for help, you know, from a strong man.. but I tackled it on my own and had my first 20 min walk at 4.0 with zero hiccups.I’m a bit short on space, but I just collapsed it after my walk (little pulls on understand of handle) .. and picked up the one side and rolled it into a closet!!The ONLY complaint is that it comes w 2 knobs to screw in to the unit when collapsed so it doesn’t open back up when standing. The bolts don’t line up - it’s super cumbersome and was the most frustrating thing! I got one in and figured that’s enough. I’ll just grab a bungee cord to keep it together since I have kids who might walk by it .. it didn’t appear to be an issue because there is some tension holding it collapsed, but for safety, I’m adding a strap.I’ve had 3 other treadmills - big name brands, “gym level certified”, etc - they were either two big, or too small, too loud, or too much vibration. This one is perfect.I don’t usually write reviews… that’s how impressed I am. I’m 5’6” and 200lbs.I have not quite mastered the dismount, I’m assuming I should have slowed it back down and got off of it - but, I pulled the cord and it was an immediate, shocking stop!

Great for small places
So happy with this purchase. We recently downsized and I am now working remotely. Needed something that was compact for my office. Highly recommend

One of my best purchases
Didn't know such compact treadmills existed till about 1 month ago. Started researching to find this one fit my needs and today I love it. Took about 1 week to get to me. Was easy to set up and the few questions I had about it were answered completely, concisely, and efficiently by Nina in their Customer service. It would take overnight for her to answer my email but I always understood her answer unlike the milenials of today who give you an answer that doesn't come close to addressing the question. This unit appears to be well built, very nice to walk on. I got an 8" 3-wheel dolly and placed a piece of 2x6x8 on it, holding it in place with 2 deck screws. To that I brad nailed 2-3/8"x½"x8" wood strips placed 1" apart for the metal bar under the end of the treadmill to rest in. This raised the end of the treadmill high enough to engage the front wheels that are built in. The treadmill will easily roll under the bed. Of course standing it up along a wall also works if you have the space to dedicate to that. Nina told me how to get Blutooth to work. She didn't really say to "pair" the phone and treadmill, however I realized that is what she meant by searching for BT-music. Seeing that listed, I mentioned to my son to touch that and BTooth turned on right away on the treadmill. I love this treadmill and so glad to have found it. My thanks to Nina for her help and responsive answers to my email questions. I'm pretty sure she is on the other side of the world, but so nice to work with. I expect many years of use from the unit.

Mixed Feelings about FYC JK68-8
Top selling points for me: Assembly free (HUGE point!), compact, lightweight (relatively).I also like that it doesn't come with a bunch of bells and whistles. No sense paying extra for stuff I don't need. It's also easy to use. Just hit START, adjust speed, and go. Self-explanatory. Very basic.Cons:- Horizontal side rails and panel under the belt are made of flimsy plastic. (Vertical rails are made of metal/steel, though. And while the handle bars and control panel are also plastic, they're sturdy.)- The bolt under the right handle bar keeps getting stuck, so it's really hard to fold up for storage. I struggle each time for at least 5 mins to release it.- The bluetooth speaker is useless. I connected my phone to it, but the speaker's volume was so low, no matter how high I turned up my phone's volume.- The belt doesn't glide as nicely as a treadmill at the next price level ($400-600). The motion isn't jerky. It's just not a nice, smooth gliding feeling. I already added the entire bottle of oil that came with the machine, so it's not that.- Yes, you can fold and stand it up for storage, but it's not that stable. All it takes is bumping into, and it'll tip over. That's unfortunate because I was hoping I'd be able to save floor space when not in use. And it's too thick to fit under my sofa. You'll need at least 8" clearance. Conclusion:Overall, it does feel cheap...but if all you want is a compact and basic treadmill for brisk walking and light jogging, this will do the job. I only hope it'll last at least 2-3 years.

Great compact (not for tall folks!) Affordable Treadmill
This is a great affordable compact option. As other reviews mentioned, the length of the tread bed itself is pretty short - perfectly fine if you're under 6ft, but if you have a long stride, this may be too short for you.It is easy to move, put up and down, and it goes up to a decent speed to actually run/jog (not just walk like a lot of other similar options). My only issue is that one of the pulls to release the handles for storage tends to stick and so I have to wrestle with it to fully collapse it.I was able to use the tablet holder and connect to bluetooth easy for music...or in my case to watch Netflix while running :-D - it's a bit of a low angle for watching content but I can't doc them for it since that's not the intended purpose of the holder.I haven't really fussed with the pre-programmed workouts.

Perfect fit for my bedroom
So far, this has been a good purchase. It was easy to assemble out of the box. It does not squeak and fits perfectly in my bedroom.
