This was a great addition to my workout equipment.The two included straps are light, but still heavy-duty. The large strips of Velcro on the strap makes it so they’ll never go undone accidentally. The material is also really nice and comfortable.What I like most about this is that even though this is designed for to go around your ankles, I find that this can also be used on your wrists for other exercises, like cable lateral raises. That being said, even when used as intended, I have no problems performing glute exercises and such.It comes with two straps at a lower price compared to other sellers, which only give you one. If you want to get into shape, I highly recommend getting this pair of ankle straps.

These ankle straps are legit! They’re super comfortable and don’t dig into my skin like some others I’ve tried. The velcro is strong, and they stay in place during kickbacks, hip abductions, and leg extensions.They’re also really easy to clip on and off between sets.
