Three months later, no change
I purchased this item because I could smell chlorine in my shower water and my skin was getting very dry. I have it three months and took out the filter and there's no difference. No color change, nothing. It has very tiny pinholes in the head which produces higher water pressure, but it was a waste of money for me. I reinstalled my original shower head, which has many more options.

Not bad
This item does not include the hose, it is ONLY the shower head, so it is a little steep for the price. However, after trying, I noticed that it does seem to produce a stronger water pressure because the water that comes out is thinner, forcing it to come out stronger. If you are looking for a shower head that will produce strong, but "thicker" water, this is not for you. This shower head shoots out thin strands of water, but the pressure will get soap/shampoo out and rinsed well. The black version of this is slighter larger in circumference, but there was too much space between the inner ring and the outer ring (when facing the shower head).

It Works Perfectly
2023: I have rust in my galvanized pipes and this filter shower head works perfectly. The water pressure is great; the same as my previous shower head.Sep 2025 - these filters work perfectly for my house and the shower head has given us any problems. However, amazon will not deliver EZWell filters to my area. Why? Why? Why?

Don't get this shower head. Their filter is not available now and can't find a filter that fits this shower. I have tried multiple filters.
