This case is a no-brainer. I laughed in the Apple Store when I saw the price of similar products they carried. Without checking, I believe this case is less than half the price. This case looks great, the fit is perfect, and is 100% functional. I have dropped my phone numerous times on soft and hard surfaces without a scratch, crack, or ding. I would say you can comfortably carry ~6 cards plus some papers or cash in the wallet side without adding too much bulk. The magnet clasp is a great feature and I’ve never had an issue with it not clasping or coming loose. I frequently take my phone out of the case to go run and have had no issues with the plastic that holds the phone in. It is soft and flexible enough so that removing the phone is not difficult, yet hasn’t stretched out or been damaged in any way. Obviously, I would highly recommend this case!

This is one it the best phone cases I have ever had.It’s true that the case shows scratches… but, it’s high quality leather and the crates rub out over time and the leather darkens over time, gaining a patina. I bought this in a dark brown color because I read the reviews about the case showing scratches. I’m so impressed with the way the leather has gained a patina that I’ll try out my favorite color, light green, next time I switch phones.It’s true that the spot where the cards are round in your screen. I have a privacy screen on my phone, and the cards have, over the course of a year, put a very slight smudge mark on the screen in a line where the bottom most card touches the screen. But, it’s barely a scratch, that’s why I call it a ‘smudge mark.’ If that’s the worst thing that happens after one year of wear and tear on the case… who cares? It’s not even noticeable enough for me to need to replace my privacy screen. Having said that, my privacy screen is plastic off some kind, I find it hard to believe that my bus card would be able to scratch the glass of my phone.I used to be an otter box, no exceptions for safety; but when they started charged double got the screen protectors to go with their cases, I decided to explore other options. I’ve dropped my phone using this case many times, and it’s protected my phone. The best part is that this case is much more stylish than an otter box.

Had this for two days, so far. Functions exactly as I need it to. It holds three credit cards and maybe three or four more in the bigger slot. So far, everything is holding up and it looks cool. Taking pictures with the case on works perfectly fine. Making phone calls with the case on works perfectly fine. So far, 5 stars.**Update: i have had the case for a little over one week, now and the case has come unglued where the leather surrounds the camera lens. The glue that holds the leather to the silicone has failed. Otherwise, I still enjoy the rest of the case. The light brown learher has started to darken and soften in a pleasing manner.**update: have had this for 2.5 months now. It’s holding up well. The stitching is still tight and secure. Card pockets are still snug and hold credit cards securely in place. Had to put a dab of super glue to hold leather to the silicone case on the thinnest section of leather around the camera lens (see pictures). Superglue completely fixed the problem. There is one design addition I would love to see when it comes time to purchase a new wallet/case: the credit card pockets leave about half an inch of the cards exposed. This means the credit cards make contact with the iPhone screen when the wallet is closed. My iPhone screen has scratch marks from the cards rubbing. If I designed the wallet, I would add a thin flap of leather that is soft and supple enough to flap down over the cards which would protect the screen and make it nearly impossible gor cards to slide out of the povkets as well, if the flap were sewn at the top, just above the card pockets.

A well made iPhone XS case which is true to size as well as durable. The nubuk leather is very soft and smooth to the touch.I’m enjoying my new SnakeHive iPhone case especially the magnetic strap to keep it closed.It’s as functional as it’s good looks!

Beautiful handcrafted case. I can tell by the feel that this case will last as long as I have my Iphone (I had my last iPhone for 4 years. It closes with the magnetic tab firmly. I love the way the phone fits so snug in the clear case inside the leather wallet to where it looks like it isn’t in a case at all. The inside pocket is plenty big enough for several bill with three slots for my ID and digit and credit card or gift card. The Plum color just stood out in the pictures it is more beautiful in real life, and stitching is lovely, you can see the grain of the leather through the color stain.

Changing my review from 2-4 because SnakeHive Customer support responded to the solution of my issue. Apparently this is a problem with many folio cases including the Apple brand case. Solution from snake hive support center was "To eliminate this, you need to negate the void between the two panels by ensuring that the cover is folded completely back on itself, particularly by the camera area. By pressing the front cover firmly closed so that it is flush with the back of the phone, will immediately make your calls crystal clear"OLD REVIEW:love the case and quality feel of the leather, but there might be a defect in the cases plastic holder because when When I talk on the phone the person I'm talking to says they cant hear me well. Sounds like the mic is being blocked. When I take the phone out of its plastic case all sounds well again. Would love to get this issue resolved and change my review to 5 star.

This is an awesome case. I purchased the first one in June of 2020. I still have the same phone, I stick with what works. Th e leather wore down beautifully. Perfect size for my DL, 2 credit cards, and small emergency cash. I would still have it but the year old puppy could not find his chew toy, so i bought another one.
