Very sturdy!

So far so good, seems sturdy enough with my weight and the 50kgs (2 25kg dumbells) I'm using atm. Haven't tried more but seems sturdy enough. Heard a crack day 1 but putting that down to first day, not had an issue since. They advertise quick unseemly with 1 pin which is part true, it's one pin but very difficult to remove and add in my experience so mostly kept up and flat. Still good bargain for the weight allowance. Would recommend.

I’ve been using this 4/5 times a week for a couple of months and all seems well. I’m 6”4, 20 stone and haven’t used more than 40kg on any one exercise due to plate availability but it’s never seemed anything other than stable, even whilst doing spider curls/rows with my full weight against bench on an incline. Took less than 5 min to build, takes seconds to set up and fold away. Really does seem to be the genuine article.

Great little bench, does what you need for indoors, also reclines a little bit and good for sit ups. Also had a shag on it. Very sturdy indeed.

This bench is quite difficult to assemble and harder to adjust than one might always want but it's very good value for money. It's not as robust, clearly, as premium gym equipment but it stands square without wobbling or creaking and I don't feel as though it is going to tip over. I would definitely buy it again if I were still on a budget.

i just bought this bench and its not the best honestly but it's ok for some certain exercises. im not able to bench press a barbell with this bench as it is far too low and my safety bars on my rack stop the bar before i can even get a half range of motion. so if you want to buy this bench for that purpose and you use safetys then you should try a different bench that can be set higher. it is however perfectly fine for dumbbell exercises and it is very light so it is very easy to move around. also i'm not sure what's going on with the price of this bench. i bought it for £40 then i looked at it on amazon 2 days later and they raised the price to £100, now they dropped it to £60. i think the company selling this could be a little shady so be careful when dealing with them.

Highly recommend to bay, its easy to assemble, easy to fold to small size. Material has good quality and you can use it for for exercises of the abdominal muscles of the chest with a slant and in a straight position on the spreaders
