I purchased this item for shoulder replacement rehab. I've seen big improvement in flexibility due to their use. I love the handle design compared to ones that have a rope knot in the middle of your grip, and the foam piece that holds the system to the top of the door prevents any marring. The straps include the ability to adjust their length which not only accommodates people of different size but also allows the user to increase the range of pull as their flexibility increases. The ball sliders at the top can be re-positioned to prevent pulling too far. There's occasional squeaks from the pulleys but nothing obnoxious. These may not be industrial grade, but they will far outlast my need for them. Definitely a bang-for-the-buck purchase!
