I just started taking these two, therefore, I cannot give a full review. I do love how easy and tiny they are too sallow. This alone is a big plus for me. And there is no awful taste. I will come back and give a full review as far as pain relief goes.

Just started taking omega Xl and I noticed in a couple days my joint pain has gone away truly gone away the directions say for eight weeks take 4 pills a day which I have and buy the second day I noticed the joint pain has gone away thank you.

I’m 67 and in great health. Fell down a packed escalator. Knees were never the same after surgery and PT. Started this regimen and my knees feel great. Allows me to walk and strengthen my knees without pain.

I can only say that I have less pain.

I ordered once a year ago and I don't remember having an opinion but I thought I'd try it again and realized why I didn't re-order. They recommend 4 pills a day for over a month. OK...but that's one bottle in 2 weeks. Should say that upfront.I don't like deceptive advertising.

I know it takes awhile when you start new supplements for you to see changes. This is my second order.It's slow but I do see positive changes. I am allowing myself 3 months to see my benefits.

I’ve been using a mega products for almost 10 years now I’m 75. I have a hip replacement and I don’t have any paint at all and I should I work hard and I sometimes sit long time at my job but I think this is a good contributing factor to why I’m still doing what I’m doing And I’m never gonna stop taking it
