Half filled bottle
When I opened the package (sent via UPS), I found the bottle only had half the contents, as the syrup spilled out all over inside the box.

Artificial tasting.
I bought this for espresso/coffee drinks and it just didn't hit the mark. It tasted like artificial orange soda. I wish there was an orange syrup comparable to Starbuck's Valencia syrup which was unfortunately discontinued 17 years ago. That's how long I've been searching. Maybe this syrup would be good for Italian sodas, I don't know. But avoid it if you're thinking of anything coffee related.
