Can i use this as a repeater in a powered usb port?

All USB ports are powered though some do not support data. The device is a USB Type A stick that adds a Z-Wave radio to a computer. It's intended to be the master controller for a Z-Wave network. That's how I'm using it. I think there is a way to set one as the master with 2 on a network but don't know how to do that.

No, this is a dedicated Z-Wave USB Stick only.
