defective hearing amplifiers
The product worked fine in the beginning. After having gone through 3 chargers and 2 sets of hearing amplifiers, the company (doesn't respond immediately) has stopped communicating with me.The first set of hearing amplifiers stopped working 10 days after the allowable return/refund date. I don't know if I am unique in my experience, but the only thing that I can think of is that I perspire a lot and the hearing amplifiers (even though they are cleaned religiously with the brush) do not work after normal daily use. They should provide a disclaimer that states if you perspire then these will not work for you!!! I want my money back so that I can purchase another pair that will stand up to normal use.

No hearing for hearing aids
I tried them and all I got was whistling in my ears. I turn my head it would whistle. I eat something and they would whistle. They are supposed to be mini but they barley fit in my ears. Asking for a refund now. Very disappointed thought they would be good products for the money I spent.

Bought for my husband - we can’t afford hearing aids. He can finally hear me!

They work okay. Kind of larger than I expected. No charging adapter included.

Will not fit if your ear canal is small.
These were ordered for another person but we had to return them as they would not fit his ear canal. He thought these would be small enough but he could not get them in and they would pop out of his ear.

Quit Working After Two Months
I bought this product for my grandmother. It was okay at first, although the whistling was quite annoying. The volume control is so tiny that there was no way she could adjust them herself. After less than two months, the red one quit working. Less than a week later, so did the blue one. Don't waste your money on these, as the company is not responsive to asking for help.
