Only lights up when in contact with water
I got a 4 year old that is crazy about vehicles, and needed more bath toys. I was worried that these would be too baby ish for him, but he loves them.There are no holes or gaps in each toy so water cannot get in them or make them moldy. At the bottom each toy seems to have a battery operated sensor that will trigger the lights once in contact with water ... your kid licking them will also make them glow up....They stayed blinking the whole time we keep them in the shower and even afterwards, so you have to be careful drying them off completely or that battery will run itself out quickly. The lights will shut off within a few seconds of being dry. Awesome toys and i would get them again with no worries.

There lights only work for 2 or 3 days
Some of them the lights didn’t work . But didn’t worth the time to return them. Won’t buy again
