Can this be used to filter hot water?

No, from what I know all filters with carbon material cannot be used with hot water.

I just changed a filter. The problem is when i was using the water to wash my hand, it came out lots of bubbles. Is it normal?

Hi Li. This is normal function. The carbon block in this product takes some time to get fully wet because there are many pore spaces which hold air. These bubbles should get better over time although there might be just a little bubbles long term. I hope this filter gets you many refreshing glasses of great tasting water!
