For my 2011 Honda CRZ
This fits right in there and works perfectly. I have used this before will continue to do so. It's priced very competitively and can be replaced more often without breaking the bank. My car currently has 165k miles on it and runs like a sewing machine. I will be replacing this filter in about 15k miles with a new one just like this one.

You should always replace this yourself
Do a search on YouTube or Google on how to install this for the make and model of your vehicle. It is an extremely simple maintenance task that takes a few minutes that service places will grossly overcharge you for. I haven't noticed any issues with this particular model. Remember to replace as needed.
