This is the 4th loungefly mini backpack I've ordered from Amazon this being the only one to show up in not very good shape. I ordered this bag for my daughter for Christmas because this is literally the only thing she had asked for because this is her all time favorite movie and her favorite character. Threads are coming out all over the front, there is a scratch right next to the nose and there is something that looks like glue in the hair but I can't get it to come off. The thing is most loungefly bags sold on Amazon has free shipping and prices below $80 I not only paid $88+ tax but another $9 for shipping. This isn't right especially if it's meant to be a gift not at that price.

My daughter calls this my " mom" bag.
