Good price for use
Helped cool down a large room for my dogs while my AC was out.

Not so cool
The tubing falls off a lot, sometimes without knowing, therefore sending hot air out. It's pretty loud and takes up more space than I thought. Not as powerful as I thought. The air doesn't really move so you only feel it if you're right in front of it. Easy to install. Love the remote control and not having to put an AC in my window. No leakage so far, it's been 1-2 years. Good for a small room, maybe use a fan to move air around.

Search for one better
Very disappointed with this air conditioner only worked two months and died.. not worth the money.

Best investment ever!!!
Our AC went out for 3 weeks! YIKES! It was hot, someone recommended a portable AC, so we checked around & compared BTU's & pricing. Seems Amazon offered the best in both! They kept us cool until our new AC was installed.
