I've been using this for few weeks now and I believe it's a good product to boost and help maintain body mass for women over 50. I am for one, do mot go to a gym, but practice yoga on a regular basis and use some light weight for arms and legs exercices. I can say that I've notice a difference in my body since I started using this product. I just found it too sweet and flavourless, so adding a shallow tea spoon of pure cocoa powder to it helped. The long handle scoop is ideal to reach down to the bag when it's ending. The bag is easy to seal, to transport and to keep the powder fresh enough, but unfortunate is not recyclable. Overall I am happy with the product and alredy ordered some more.

I have purchased and re-purchased the vanilla flavour and it is delicious, just like melted ice cream. So for a change I bought the chocolate. Oh dear, a mistake. It is soooo not chocolaty and tastes rather artificial. add a couple of teaspoons of cocoa, I used Green and Blacks but I think any would do, and it becomes far more palatable. A pity I was thinking of trying another flavour but am now wary of that. I think a taster pack of all flavours would be a good idea. One or two serving size sachets of each flavour in a pack. I love ginger but am wary of paying another £24 to be disappointed.

I don't get much protein in my diet and for various reasons also have low levels of iron and some vitamins, but hate taking supplements in pill form, so I'm always looking for other ways to keep my diet balanced. I tried a sample of this product in the vanilla flavour, and was so surprised at how nice it was, and when looking into the product was really interested to see all the nutrients and vitamins that the powder was supplemented with. Intrigued, I bought the chocolate flavour to try.I've been having two scoops of this every day in various different recipes, and am so impressed at how it's suppressed my appetite. I feel so much fuller for much longer and my cravings have been noticeably less frequent and intense. I find this is great to have as a pre-lunch or pre-dinner snack because it means I eat less of the things I shouldn't at mealtimes. So far, so good.

The product came quickly in good condition but very disappointed by the fact that it was so sweet and to me sickly. I do not understand when I buy chocolate drinks they are always far too sweet. I do not like coffee or tea very sweet surely there should be a choice. I doubt I will drink this so have wasted my money.

Used the chocolate version on a regular basis back in 2019 and LOVED it. So much that I used to look forward to drinking it after my workouts. Re-purchased this a couple weeks ago and was very disappointed to find out it doesn't taste how it used to. Consistency has also changed and is now lumpy. Had to run it through the nutribullet to make it drinkable. Not sure if a bad batch, or if formula changed, but I'll probably not re-purchase.

I absolutely love this product. It tastes great. Mixes well. No bad after taste and doesn't have that grainy texture that you get with some powders. The fact it is specifically made for women is an absolute plus. So many great and noticeable benefits.

I love the idea of having a whey protein + vitamins specific for women! And it uses natural ingredients and taste amazing.

Amazing. I brought it simply to feel healthier as a woman. My skin is amazing, my body feels nourished and it tastes great. I find it great for when you’re hungry but want to wait till dinner. Couldn’t recommend it enough. I didn’t expect all of the added benefits. Oh and I started drinking this on the second day of my period and my hormones were no where near as up and down and cramps decreased. Probably from all the minerals and iron! Get it !
