Great Customer service
Had some original issues with it but am changing my review after the Seller ledyard contacted me and worked on correcting the issues I had. This seller went out of their way to make this transaction a positive one. The individual that contacted me was very courteous and helpful in getting to a resolution. Customer service is very important and Ledyard does a great job.

Not the size it said.
Not as big as it says, missing parts, and no Instructions. Not happy with it. Don't have time to send back do to having surgery and needed this to make sure mat 2 cats where safe. Not worth the money. I fell as I should get some of my money back.

Neat-o catio!
The instructions are hard to read then follow. Making for a slightly difficult task of putting it together. Also the finished product is quite a bit smaller than I had hoped and what it looks like in the picture online.

Not a solid feel to it
I have rearranged and created new setups. Since the first set up, I had to use zip ties or Velcro strips because the slots come out- even when putting it together before the cats go in. Also my kitty can break out if she pushes hard enough- popping a slot off. Very wabbly- cats are cautious

Nice but
I have a few shelves missing and didn't want to return it after putting it together. It says to contact vendor but no contact information provided. If you purchase buy the bigger ties to keep it together.
