Unfortunately, this product was not great. Customer service was very helpful..Ill explain that in a minute. We got the swing and everything looked good. The directions and assembly were a little difficult, but we figured it out.It was together and looked great. However after about 2 weeks, my husband and I were sitting on it gently swinging (nowhere even close to 600 lb. limit) and the curved piece that holds the swing just completely cracked.I got in touch with the company and they responded immediately with an offer to help with a return and refund. The issue was that trying to return the swing once it was already together would have been a huge hassle. It took a couple hours to put together.They also offered a partial refund for us to keep the swing and try to fix it. We chose that option. We were able to buy other hardware for less money than we received for the refund, but we had to hang the swing from the top piece of wood instead of the way it was designed.So, it is useable for one person now, but we are not sure if two adults will be able to sit on it at this point.If you choose to purchase this swing, be aware that the swing hangs from the curved pieces not the large piece of wood on the top. I've never seen that before and unfortunately I didn't really think about it when I ordered this. I'm not sure if our issue was a result of the design or if it was just a defective curved piece.

I love this swing. I like the canopy. I recommend you purchase (4), 15” augers and rope and secure the swing to the augers once you put them into the ground. If you don’t secure the swing it will blow over. I take the canopy off if I know there’s going to be high winds. I love the swing!

Poor quality. Wood is cheap and coming apart where attached. They sent me a replacement and the same thing, very disappointing.

Some of the bolts they provided were too short and the slats for the seat were not pre drilled. That cracked a few of the wood pieces. Overall it seems sturdy and the wood was not pieced together like some reviews have stated.

The quality of the wood was awful, much of it was patched together with wood glue and recut. Many of the predrilled holes did not align properly, the architected design has the bulk of the weight of the swing on the smallest piece of wood. I’ll be surprised if this thing holds up 3 months. One of the pieces that is supposed to assist in supporting the load already split through because of the issue with the predrilled holes not being aligned properly.FYI all the wood working is being done over in China.Do not buy this porch swing is my recommendation based on my experience. I sincerely hope that others have had a much better experience than me. I’m steering clear of this company for the rest of my life.

We wanted a great wooden swing. Although we now have one it took two days to put together because of inaccuracies on product measurements. The placement/alignment of screws was off where the seat and handles go and where the chains are to hang the swing. Labeling was not clearly stated on the parts which made it difficult to figure out the base of the swing set. Luckily one of us is good with adjusting these things but one of us definitely would not have been able to figure out how to correct the errors in the product. Now that the piece is complete, we are satisfied and happy. We purchased a cover to hopefully maintain the life of the wood for a while because the wood quality may not be the best. The weight/sturdiness is perfect and I don’t believe winds will cause it to tip. Two grown people sitting on it seems comfortable and strong enough to handle as well. The price suited the quality. Overall we are satisfied.

Please read multiple reviews before purchasing. I noticed Poor quality materials when unboxing and tried to return, but you have to pay $60-$80 to do that. I should have done that anyway. Less than 3 months of minimal use and 3 bolts are stripped out and some of the wood is turning to sawdust. This is not worth the money or the time to put together.

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!!This product is poorly designed and very difficult to assemble. There are no written instructions. Only numbered diagrams. When I tried to assemble the seat, nearly all the treaded inserts pulled out of the wood. Making it impossible to assemble. There is no contact information with the instructions. I Googled the name and found a phone number. They sent me a replacement seat, including the hardware. However, because of poor quality with the wood, it took parts from the original and replacement to make one seat. The shade canopy has no support except the outer frame and collects rain water unless tilted nearly vertical.It is a frustrating waste of money. I wish I had never purchased it.
