perfect
This item is perfect for use as a smaller wardrobe, ie dorma room or for men/teenagers who only have trousers/shirts etc. well built, and easy to put together. Doors are a wee bit thin but overall def worth it. First one I got was damaged in transit, but amazon were their usual excellent selves and replaced the next day. def recommend.

Poor condition and too small for most clothing
Having never had a bad product from Amazon, I was prepared to ignore the customer reviews that gave this product a low rating. I shouldn't have been so foolish!Where to start? Firstly, the first wardrobe that was delivered was damaged beyond repair, not helped by the badly damaged packaging and the fact the delivery man could hardly carry it. He believed that the product was too heavy for the packaging that had been used. It also appeared that it had either been opened and returned before or the box was so badly damaged that it had to be held together with the delivery companies own tape.Anyway, Amazon did not quibble about its return and 2 days later I had a second wardrobe. This one was in much better condition - a long way from perfect - but would be okay for my purposes (cracks in the painted surfaces, mini chips out of the corners etc). There were a few screws missing but I found substitutes at home. The instructions (which were pictures only) were misleading and without any written commentary it was harder than average to build. It didn't help that there was a section for which I did not have any parts (some sort of blocks on the inside of the doors) and then I had an extra piece of hardboard which was not part of the wardrobe at all.Once built, it looked okay (doors didn't quite close properly but that might be me). However, there is at least 15cm above the hanging rail of wasted space and all but the shortest of blouses etc dragged on the bottom of the wardrobe (by the way I am an average 5'4" so not a giant). Additionally, the depth of the wardrobe only fits the narrowest of clothes hangers so would not fit, for example, an average size man's suit jacket.Sorry I cannot recommend this in any way.

Not that easy to assemble, not 100% pine either, but perfectly good anyway.
The parts which are pine - which, to to be fair, is all of it except the bases of the drawers and the back plates - are good quality and well finished. The instructions aren't the best I've ever seen but they're perfectly adequate once you've got your eye in a bit. Assembly is really quite fiddly, though, and it's taken me a good few hours to do it. There were a few holes missing (on mine) so you might need to use a bradawl or similar pointy thing to make 'starter holes' in a couple of places. I was bamboozled by the drawer runners which don't quite seem to connect to the holes in the sides of the drawers, but they work perfectly well anyway. To get the doors to hang properly you're going to need a decent amount of patience and some luck, and it'll all feel quite wobbly until the back plates are nailed on. You might want to consider a piece of hardboard/mdf/plywood instead of the material supplied for the back plates, which would help with stability. You might also want to glue the dowelling rods for a bit more grip. But that aside, it's a very decent piece of kit - if no heirloom - and good value for the price, and it looks very handsome. The size is clearly marked in the advert: this is a very small wardrobe, so make sure you know what you're buying when you order it. I'm pleased overall, and for the price it's hard to fault it.

Not what I expected.
I ordered this wardrobe as it stated it was solid pine. It was made up of small slats glued together. Two struts were sent for the support of the wardrobe doors. Which we had to assemble ourselves. That was fine, and good instructions. The drawer sides were damaged and very very flimsy, the drawer bottoms I don't expect to last very long, need strengthening. We repaired the drawer sides ourselves as, as we had put most of the cupboard together we couldn't send it back. I certainly don't value it as £124.00. If I had wanted a cheap flat pack job I would of gone to a another branded shop. But I honestly thought this looked good and solid. I was very disappointed with the quality of the cupboard. I wouldn't describe it as a wardrobe as its too short. A childs wardrobe maybe or even a Tall Boy would be better, but my mistake for not checking the size.Make sure you check all pieces before you start to assemble, and most of it needs more support than supplied. Not all the screws and dowells were there. Very good customer service ... went above and beyond
Love the wardrobe (which is actually sitting in the hall housing coats and shoes)Very easy to assemble and feels sturdy once madeBut .. most of all I need to comment on the companies customer service ....An issue with a delivery driver meant this was marked as delivered when it hadn't beenI spoke to the seller and he spent days on email and telephone making sure the delivery was made, kept me informed and really did go above and beyond to resolve an issue which was not of his making and that he could have washed his hands of with the 'delivered' statusI am currently looking for another piece of furniture and have no hesitation about buying from this seller again

Wouldnt reccomend for adults
It's a nice wardrobe but more suited to a child, the rail hangs too low and adult clothing coathangers are just too wide to get the doors shut, I also have a feeling that I was sent one that was returned as there were chips in parts of the wood.
