Perfect for my purpose. The quality of the kit/bundle for the price paid warrants 5-stars easily. Comfortable grip. Easy to use and adjust resistance. Has a cool little rep counter built into the handles! Effective and comes with a small booklet of instructions and some exercises.

I have been battling carpal tunnel and wanted to try some therapy tools without spending too much. These were an excellent choice and much better than I expected for the price. They are well made and offer a variety of movements. They are helping my grip strength.

For how cheap this kit was, it's about the quality you should expect. The grip trainer counter doesn't register every squeeze because the frame twists a bit under the stronger resistance settings. The other elastic training pieces are alright, though they don't seem like they'll last very long. Nice beginner set.

It takes a minute to figure out the tension adjustment, then it works great. I like the rubber finger band, it exercises muscles that aren't used in the clenching motion.
