I'll be using these mostly for fishing but bought them for use on a bushcraft weekend. We didn't have any rain but the ground was very wet and after a lot of kneeling on the ground and sitting on wet stumps it kept my jeans underneath perfectly dry. It comes in a very small pouch, about the size of a tin of beans and weighs barely anything. They don't have pockets but rather opening to get to your pockets in the trousers beneath. This is excellent as you can switch to your waterproofs without having to reorganise your pockets. You have to be careful though and remember they aren't pockets, I forgot a few times and tried just sliding my phone in to find it sliding all the way down my leg.Some reviewers have complained about the quality and longevity of these but I think the quality is fine. I certainly wasn't careful with them and there is no damage to them at all. You have to sacrifice some strength to be lightweight and for the price, I wouldn't mind if I had to buy a new pair every year. Bought these for traveling to and from work, they are quite long in the leg but OK for me. They seem good quality but time will tell, very lightweight and good value for the price.

Keep trousers dry on walks and when cycling. I followed the tip mentioned in other comments to wear the overtrousers backwards when cycling to prevent water getting in the pockets and that seems to work. They roll up into a storage bag that is a very convenient size.

this arrived in good time, a day before it was due. Fits well for the size that was ordered and seems breathable. However there was no bag with it - It is advertised as having a little drawstring bag to pack the trousers away in, so please change the description! As it happens, my husband doesn't need the bag, but I am sure that for some people the bag would be a useful item.

Bought these for my husband for when he walks the dogs,as he was fed up with getting he's jeans wet.These waterproof does the job and keep him nice and dry.Fit well over his jeans and of a good length, he was not disappointed.

what great value. These are perfect for the purpose - occasional use overtrousers for when conditions turn nasty. Comes with a light pack-bag for easy stowage. Decent quality - both waterproof and breathable.I chose navy colour which goes nicely with my blue Arcteryx shell jacket. Large size is perfect fit for me - Im usually 36 inch waist and 32 inch inside leg for trousersHighly recommended.

I ordered navy but received black. Not a big deal as the black looks OK, so still a positive review.

Good quality fits as advertised

I read other reviews about the backwards pockets but figured that was just user error. I went ahead and ordered 2 pairs of navy pants and one black. They are TOTALLY different pants. The navy ones are very papery and yes, the pockets were backwards and you can't just turn the pants around because then the openings are in the wrong place. The black, were made of nicer fabric, but the inside was totally stuck together. I'm hoping the inside will eventually become less sticky. I'm wondering if I cover with powder whether that will help. I hope so. Buyer beware - avoid the NAVY ones.

I bought these over pants for quick use on a motorcycle if it ever rains. I live in Florida, and it actually rains quite often during the summer (sunshine state, sure. lol) But anyway, I ordered a size higher so that they would fit well over my riding pants and leg armour. I'm happy to say that they worked great the couple times I've used them. Even up to about 60-65 mph on the highway. The only thing that might be considered a a downside to some is that the length is quite long. Mine went down about 5-6 inches beyond my ankle. It personally doesn't bother me as I'm using them mainly for when it rains while I'm riding. Just something to keep in mind. I'm happy with my purchase and the quality also seems nice for the price.
