I had originally purchased a much smaller unit from a different company to keep the humidity down in an indoor bathroom. Didn't pull enough moisture to do the trick. So I sent it back and ordered this, much larger unit made by Dondre. This absolutely gets the job done. No complaints. Reasonably quiet, and no mess.

It works great compared to the tiny ones I got and all the disposable ones.Drys out the whole house quickly but downsides it heats up the room also.Not sure on the electrical bills yet, so far I’ve been running it on low for ~5 hours a day for a week now.

We live in Iowa and definitely have some high humidity days! This has really helped in our lower level. I needed to place it in an area where we do not have a drain. It holds plenty of water, so I just make it part of my routine to check it every couple days. The water tank is easy to remove and carry over to the nearest sink. I may have been able to go with the smaller dehumidifier option, but I preferred the bigger tank size. Both sizes have gotten great reviews! We are happy with our purchase!

I have a 3,000 sqft basement. The unit has been running for a few weeks in a humid area in august and the moisture pretty much lingers around 52%. Unit is relatively quiet, and I hooked it up to a condensate pump so that I wouldn’t have to empty. Seems to be working well

Purchased this recently and was really easy to set up. It is placed in my basement to remove any moisture I may have. It does it's job!

I recently purchased a dehumidifier and I have to say, this is one of the best designs I've seen in years! I had tried two other vendors before finally settling on this one and I'm so glad I did.The unit has a nice grip on both sides that makes it easy to move around with its wheels, and the control interface is simple and easy to use. The bucket is also very convenient to pull out and has a tight cover on top that helps prevent accidental leaks when draining. The bucket is big enough, about 2 gallons, and comes with a drainage hose, but I find it more convenient to use the bucket in the bedroom. The design also features a see-through water level on the outside of the bucket, which I haven't seen in other dehumidifiers and find to be a very useful feature.One of the things I really appreciate about this dehumidifier is that it's not too loud. The first unit I received was a bit too loud for my liking, but the seller was very cooperative and provided troubleshooting instructions and a fast exchange when the tricks didn't work. I think they work directly with the manufacturer, which is a great bonus. The exchanged unit maintains 45 to 50 dB, which is quiet enough to operate in the bedroom.The design also comes with a filter cover, so you can technically put in a thin filter within the filter cap to filter your air as well, but no filter is provided by the manufacturer. I plan to purchase one from Walmart or HD to fit it in and act as a dehumidifier and air filter.Overall, I would highly recommend this model, the seller, and the manufacturer to anyone looking to purchase a dehumidifier for their bedroom, living room, or basement. The design is elegant, the features are convenient, and the customer service is awesome!

Purchased July 2023. Use 300 sq ft finished basement. Been getting at least one container of water a day. Basement mildew smell is gone. . Highly recommend.
