Effective Supplement - Highly Recommend
Its difficult to review vitamins, because the effects take a good amount of time and are not always definitive because you take other things for whatever your ailment is. However, for Vitamin D supplement I can say that I consistently tested low on Vitamin D for years. A couple of times so low my doctor prescribed a strong D supplement. Since I have have been taking the Pure Encapsulations Vitamin D3 & K2, my annual blood work 2 years in a row has my D levels right in the middle of the healthy range. That said I would definitely recommend them.

No side effects and easy to swallow
It was hard to find D3 & K2 in the strength I wanted (and was prescribed by my doctor), but this is close. I am taking for bone health and hope it's working. Pills are small and easy to swallow. Seems to be a good price for the quantity. No side effects and I've been on it for several months. Have bought it several times and delivery is fast and reliable.
