Lancôme Trésor Eau de Parfum - Long Lasting Fragrance with Notes of Rose, Lilac, Peach & Apricot Blossom - Elegant & Romantic Women's Perfume

I've been wearing Tresor for years. This time the perfume doesn't smell anything like it's supposed to. I don't know if it's old or there is something else wrong with it. After spending so much money on it, I'm very disappointed, I don't know it it can be returned for a refund.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wore this for years, then changed to Bvlgari pour femme but can'tfind it anymore. Saw this for 3.4 ozs and it was a great price. Smells like I remember and bottle has Tresor on it just like my old bottle. Smells delicious!

SIMPLE RELIABLE

I actually purchased this for my mother who absolutely adores this perfume. My daughter also got her the same perfume so I let her give it to mom as a gift and I just kept the one I ordered. I waited too long to return mine so decided I would try it. I had used it years ago when it first came out and really liked it. I don't know if the formula has changed or if my tastes have changed, but I don't love it as much now (on me anyway). I will say that after it has dried down a bit, it is a nice scent. When I first spray it on, it honestly smells like Raid to me. I have no clue why. The perfume is an amber floral which I would normally really like. It consists of apricot blossom and rose, with heart notes of lilac, iris, and peach. The base notes are amber, sandalwood, musk, and vanilla. I will say that I have never smelled an apricot blossom so cannot comment on that. I do get a hint of rose but do not get any hints of lilac, iris or peach. The most prominent scents are the amber, sandalwood and musk. There is no typical vanilla scent. The floral portion of this perfume is there, but only slightly to me and I honestly can't define WHICH floral, so perhaps just a blend of all mentioned. It does have good sillage and stability. It's not my favorite (on me) but I do love it on my mom :).
