I tried everything under the sun to improve my sleep quality. From avoiding technology before bed, meditation, exercise, and even pulling all nighters nothing seemed to work. I was skeptical when a family member recommended the liquid melatonin to me since I've tried melatonin in tablet form and was so impressed I ended up purchasing this to pair for some of the best sleep I've had in ages. That's basically it, definitely recommend giving this a try and adding the droplets to your water or tea for a smoother less visceral reaction.I almost forgot to mention, the droplets are delicious and I'm happy I could find an organic option for my purposes. I'm careful not to take too high of a dose, but I'll admit I take a quarter of a droplet full for stress and can even say it does seem to improve bowl function.

As soon as I received notification that it was back in stock, signed back up and threw out the replacement because it was nothing like this one!

Always skeptical about new products, especially when it comes to supplements.Let me just say, this stuff saves me & changed my life.I’m naturally a night owl so getting to bed is tough. Even when I’m exhausted, as soon as I hit the pillow it’s like I get a second wind.I can always tell when I forget to take this at night because I don’t feel tired & I have the hardest time falling asleep. It doesn’t knock me out right away, but it doesn’t take hours either.It’s not even a drowsy feeling like when you’re sick & have just taken NyQuil. It feels natural, I don’t even know how to describe it. Maybe an internal alarm, except it’s telling my mind & body to shut down?I used to take Melatonin occasionally in college, but stopped because I didn’t want to depend on it, also because of how I felt waking up the next morning. This is 10000000x better than melatonin. For one, I don’t get night terrors taking this & two, I don’t feel groggy waking up. I achieve that deep, restful sleep & wake up knowing I’ve slept GREAT.The bottle is tiny, but it comes in a pack of two & lasts me a while, even taking two doses a night.Let’s talk about the flavor. So freaking scrumptious!!! Delicious! The pineapple isn’t overpowering & it’s not too sweet to where it tastes fake.The texture is smooth & easy to swallow & there is no after taste.I tried mixing it in water, but I prefer to shoot it.I started off taking it in the morning, but it made me tired during the day! That’s how good it works. Now I take it 30 or so minutes before bed time, works like a charm.I could not recommend this Magnesium enough!!!! I bought this item to help with sleep. I can't say that it does that but it is certainly delicious. I prefer a tincture to pills or powders for the ease of use and for the effectiveness of the herbs, as they don't have to go through your digestive system. Tinctures can be more easily absorbed.I have a friend who says that she uses Magnesium Glycinate to help her sleep, saying she no longer has to use sleeping pills.

When I use a dropper full before bed I feel like I get better sleep.

I'm always looking for ways to get in my magnesium and this stuff tastes great. I haven't noticed any benefits yet but if it doesn't taste good, you're probably not going to take it.

Questioning whether there really is enough of the vitamins it claims it has. It tastes VERY good but IDK. Id be curious if anyone out there has had their Vit D levels and magnesium levels checked after taking this for a while.

My daughter has been using these drops and we have seen improvement in areas we were hoping to. However, we did not receive 2 bottles in our order and I didn't realize it until now (2/24, ordered 10/23).
